Returns and Refund Policy

Returns

  • We accept returns on non-custom, non-special order items within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • A 10% restocking fee applies to all approved returns. (even with Checkout+)

  • Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Custom & Special Orders (Important)

  • All custom projects, special orders, and laser-engraved products are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.

  • Custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit before work begins.

  • The remaining balance is due prior to shipment.

  • Because these items are made specifically for you, deposits cannot be refunded once production has started.

  • Custom and special orders may take 3–6 months to complete depending on the project.

Placing a custom or special order confirms acceptance of these terms.

  • All items are inspected prior to repair.

  • If a repair requires a fee, we will contact you for approval before work begins.

  • We warranty materials and craftsmanship.

  • We do not warranty abuse, neglect, or misuse.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all warranty repairs and TiClicker® upgrade eligibility.

  • If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the item at no charge (excluding shipping).

  • Items purchased secondhand (not from us or an authorized dealer) are subject to a $35 service fee, plus parts and shipping if applicable.
