At Nottingham Tactical, we aim to process and ship your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below:
Processing Times
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days unless otherwise specified on the product page. Please note that weekends and holidays may affect this timeline. For custom or pre-order items, processing times may vary and will be noted in the product description.
Shipping Options
We currently use USPS as our primary shipping carrier. However, we are working on expanding our shipping options to offer you more flexibility in the coming weeks. Stay tuned for additional shipping methods!
Lost or Damaged Shipments
We offer shipping insurance on all orders during the check out process, it is the responsibility of the customer to purchase this.
We strive to ensure that your order arrives safely, but we are not liable for items lost or damaged during shipment. However, we always aim to take care of our customers and will do our best to assist you with any issues that arise.
If your shipment is lost, you will need to file a claim with the shipping carrier. Once the claim is filed, please allow a minimum of 30 days before we issue a replacement for domestic orders. For international orders, the waiting period is 45 days.
*Please note, the replacement is at our discretion if you do not purchase shipping insurance at checkout.
