At Nottingham Tactical, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly, securely, and efficiently as possible. Please review the information below for details on shipping timelines, coverage, and how we handle issues.


Processing Times

All in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Weekends and holidays are not included in processing times.

Custom items, special orders, and pre-order products may have extended processing times. Any estimated timelines will be clearly noted in the product description at the time of purchase.


Shipping Options

We ship using USPS and UPS for both domestic and international orders. Available shipping methods and rates will be displayed at checkout, allowing you to select the option that best fits your needs.


Shipping Coverage & Checkout+

We offer Checkout+, an enhanced post-purchase experience designed to provide peace of mind from the moment your order is placed.

What is Checkout+?

Checkout+ is our all-in-one solution for managing shipping-related issues, returns, and exchanges. With Checkout+, you can:

  • Start a return or exchange online in just a few clicks

  • Submit claims for damaged, lost, or incorrect items

  • Track the status of your return or claim at any time

  • Receive fast resolutions, including refunds, store credit, or replacements

How to Use Checkout+

If you need to return an item or submit a claim, visit our Returns & Claims Portal and follow the prompts using your order information. Our team will guide you through the process and keep you informed every step of the way.


Lost or Damaged Shipments

Shipping insurance is offered at checkout and is the responsibility of the customer to purchase.

While we take great care in packaging every order, Nottingham Tactical is not liable for items lost or damaged during transit. If a shipment is lost or arrives damaged:

  • A claim must be filed with the shipping carrier or through the Checkout+ portal

  • Once a claim is filed, we require a minimum of 30 days before issuing a replacement for domestic orders

  • For international orders, the waiting period is 45 days

Please note: If shipping insurance is not purchased at checkout, replacements or refunds are issued at our discretion.
